工作地點:蕪湖/福州
Objectives of the Position
Coordination of all technical tasks in assigned customer plants and binding of customer including responsibility to implement product strategy and achieve customer satisfaction
Drive on-site standardized service process implementation and continuously optimize the process for the business excellence
Best allocate the technical service expert team resources and close collaborate across departments to ensure effective progress of the project
Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities
· Collaborate with account manager to maintain and develop deep and trusting customer relationship from technical level to ensure access for all growth opportunities and new project
· Coordinate relevant departments of the company to deal with each project quickly and effectively
· Window person to customer for line technical issues and coordinate customer’s complaint to ensure each problem solved timely and successfully
· Work closely with team manager to regularly track the Standardized implementation process of daily work on line of technical services
· Ensure the standardization of new line/ technical/colors commissioning project process
· Harmonize and prioritize technical standards and requirements cross lines and teams
· Functionally head technical service staffs at the customer’s site and train and guide them to optimize the paint techniques according to the real status, reduce the unit consumption and paint costs
· Manage customer’s requirements and developments, i.e. receive, bundle, forward, initiate and monitor actions and acquire and continuously enhance his / her market knowledge and information on competitors
· Prepare expertise report as well as lesson learn summary for trouble shooting through the regular customer site visit
· Assist AM to Built up a best customer orientated technical service expert team
· Ensure all activities and processes meet internal and external EHS standards
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor or above in chemical-related majors
Working Experience: at least 10years related working experience in Coatings industry
